A Commitment to our Community

Public Safety

We all deserve to feel safe in our neighborhood, it is where we live and where we raise our children. I will work with our police officers and diverse community leaders to find public safety solutions that meet neighborhood needs and align with community values.

Economic Expansion & Inclusion

A good job stabilizes a family and a neighborhood. We need to foster an environment of greater economic investment and entrepreneurship from the ground up and invest in today’s young people to expand their access to college and develop good-paying careers. I’ll work to grow our economy, support small businesses, especially young entrepreneurs and expand workforce readiness, so good jobs go to those most in need.

Greater Connectivity

I want to connect our neighborhoods in a more meaningful way – from activities in parks to how we get around town. and improving the walkability and bike-ability will strengthen our city and improve the wellbeing of the people that live in them. As a councilwoman I will advocate for better streets, cleaner parks, and programs such as Vision Zero to make our communities safer to bike, walk, and roll.
